
For the last 4 yrs Ben has worked
as a Performance coach. Much of his work has been
done with the Si Group. He has worked with groups
from numerous different industries: from Telecom's
to Banking, from Manufacturing to Retail, from Pharmaceuticals
to Government Departments. He has run courses and
facilitated workshops in many different aspects
of attitudinal training; culture change, dealing
with change, handling redundancy, motivation and
emotional intelligence. Ben has also run courses
on coaching, communications and presenting skills.
Normally he works with groups of 5 to 25 people
although there are many exceptions to this, including
1:1 coaching.
While delivering programs he always
uses accelerated learning techniques (e.g. whole
brain learning, multi sensory language, use of anecdotes
and stories, nesting and looping etc). On a number
of occasions the programs have started with some
work around accelerated learning; teaching people
how to learn as easily as possible so as to get
the utmost from the program.
Most of Ben's work has been done
with middle management, although he has worked with
groups from Managing Directors to people on the
shop floor.
He is an NPL practitioner and is
certified to use DISC.
